When I don’t workout for a while, I feel so thrown off! Anyone else feel weird when they don’t work out for a while??
I love the mountains & the beach but oh my goodness. It’s throwing off my eating & exercise! The only thing I miss is the gym and trails back home.. And my turtles of course :)

This is definitely not my most flattering photo, but I got into my first splits ever! I’m really proud of myself right now because flexibility has always been hard for me. Practice, practice, practice. It really makes a difference :) ☀ Love you guys!
